Penny Swain has over 20 years experience acting for a wide range of clients involved in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, defence and resource sectors.
Penny has extensive experience working with private sector clients, advising on project delivery strategies, tender preparation, risk allocation, contract preparation, security and insurance requirements. Her work covers toll roads, power stations, electricity projects, desalination plants, railways, hospitals, schools and other large scale developments.
She has worked on a wide range of EPC and EPCM projects, including gas pipe lines, processing plants, refineries and mining plants.
Penny has hands-on experience in all aspects of supply and procurement work, acting for both suppliers and purchasers of heavy equipment and goods.
She has worked on a wide range of claims and disputes arising out of projects.
