Tony Molino specialises in the defence, resources, construction and infrastructure industries and has provided advice and assistance both throughout Australia and internationally in these areas.
Tony acts for developers, owners, contractors, financiers and government involved in public works, resources development, commercial developments, engineering works, manufacturing, transport and infrastructure. His work covers total project documentation from the preparation of contracts through to project completion and includes some of Australia’s largest projects.
Tony has been active in commercial arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, covering a wide variety of matters.
Tony is a member of the Construction and Infrastructure Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
