Dani brings over a decade of experience in the development, drafting, review and negotiation of project documentation on complex major infrastructure projects across all delivery models – as well as advising on key legal, commercial and strategic matters arising during planning, procurement and delivery.

Dani has held senior executive roles in the public sector with commercial and legal responsibility across a $100 billion major infrastructure programme.

She has provided legal, commercial and strategic advice on some of the most high-profile major projects in Australia and brings a deep understanding of the key legal, commercial and strategic challenges in the procurement and delivery of complex major projects.

 

Recent experience
  • Advising the public sector (both NSW and Vic) on the planning and procurement for first of kind major transmission infrastructure projects, including considering the options for the scope, procurement, delivery and operation of Renewable Energy Zones.

  • Advising a private sector client on the development of a procurement and delivery strategy for a landmark $25 billion solar project, including the development of bespoke contractual arrangements.

  • Advising the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) on the development of the Alliance and Program Alliance model and all commercial and legal aspects in the procurement and delivery of the LXRP works packages, including the development, review and negotiation of all key project documentation.
